1.Modular structure design, fast construction:
Fully modular design of frame and keel; Flexible adjustment of the sprinkler and smoke sensor positions which greatly improves construction efficiency; Ceiling panels and FFUs are of the same size, easy for expanding and upgrading.

Integrated interlocking buffer room, practical and beautiful; Equipped with infrared air blowers and interlocking system; Purify dust particles while preventing air movement between rooms, effectively ensuring the cleanliness of the work area.

3.Smart control system:

5.Anti-static PVC sheet floor:
Special conductive adhesive connects the joints of PVC sheets, creating a seamless conductive network. This ensures whole-range anti-static performance, preventing degradation due to localized wear or splicing issues. Over long-term use, it is minimally affected by ambient humidity and temperature, ensuring superior performance.

6.PVC fast roll door for material storage room:
Equipped with a PVC fast rolling door, effectively reducing the risk of cross-contamination between interior and outdoor with flexible opening and improving material delivery efficiency; It is also equipped with a compressed air wall, which can use air guns to blow away dust particles on the surface of equipment to ensure the cleanliness.

7.Sewage lifting pump for drainage:
Due to site limitations, sewage cannot be discharged directly downwards, we design sewage lifting pumps at the wastewater points and connect to the designated sewage discharge pipe on the top to help customers perfectly solve the drainage problem.
8.Emergency exit with panic par:
The connection gap between the fire lock and the door body has been specially treated (≤0.1mm). Combined with the special sealing strips for clean workshops, it can effectively prevent the infiltration of external unpurified air or the leakage of internal clean air, avoiding the destruction of the pressure difference in the workshop.

9.Patented T-bar with embedded light strip:
The cleanroom's lighting strips are embedded in patented aluminum alloy keels, allowing them to sit flush with the ceiling, creating a seamless, dust-free, and easy-to-clean ceiling. This creates both an aesthetically pleasing and technologically advanced look.
10.Castle Series-Superior Performance:
Use rock wool sandwich panel as wall structure, which has strong corrosion resistance, smooth and seamless, and excellent fire protection grade A1. The core material and the panel are tightly combined through the composite process, with high overall structural strength, which comply with clean room construction standards.

11.Light Series for low ceiling conditions:
Due to site height restrictions, it was impossible to achieve the Class 100/10 cleanroom in the conventional way the client desired with a raised floor. By deploying high-volume FFUs throughout the Airkey Light series modular cleanroom, vertical unidirectional airflow is achieved. Patented profiles and connectors ensure high sealing performance, realizing ISO 4/5 class as designed.
12.Airkey modular cleanroom, strong flexibility:
Modular cleanrooms can be quickly adjusted and expanded according to actual needs. Different modules can be combined into spaces of different sizes and cleanliness levels to meet various needs from small laboratories to large production workshops, and adapt to production or research needs of different scales and types.
13.Diverse wall types:
According to the process requirements, three types of walls are used: white plexiglass, transparent plexiglass, and yellow plexiglass. All of them are anti-static with a surface resistance of 10⁶~10⁹Ω, which can effectively prevent the accumulation of static electricity and avoid the harm that may be caused by static electricity.

15.EC high volume FFU, energy-saving:
Taking into account long-term use, EC large air volume FFUs are used in Class 100/Class 10 clean rooms. The measured power consumption of each FFU is less than 90W, which meets the energy-saving needs to the greatest extent.

16.Infrared sliding door with access control:
Equipped with an integrated access control system of password + fingerprint, and ensured R&D privacy with infrared sensor door opening. The electric sliding opening method operates smoothly, which can reduce the interference of airflow, avoid the spread of dust particles caused by airflow turbulence, and ensure stable circulation in the cleanroom.

17.Light wavelength below 530nm<0.1%:
Using yellow light with a transmittance of less than 0.1% in the wavelength range below 530nm (mainly covering ultraviolet light, blue, and green light), it accurately filters short-wave, high-energy light while retaining long-wave light of yellow and above, performing outstandingly in special scenes that are sensitive to light.

18.Large ventilation diffuser with G4:
The diffuser plate has even openings to ensure uniform airflow distribution, and has a built-in G4 primary filter for multi-stage filtration.The bottom diffuser plate evenly draws air back from the floor, combining with the air supply from the top FFU to create a unidirectional flow without dead spots, preventing pollutants from accumulating on the floor.

19.Modular design, flexible and changeable:
Each module can be adjusted and combined according to actual needs, with flexible spatial layout; it can meet the production or research needs of different scales and types, and can be customized according to the specific requirements of customers.

On-site test parameters cover key indicators such as cleanliness level, air flow velocity and uniformity, temperature and humidity, pressure difference, noise, and illumination, all of which are tested and passed in one go according to the design parameter requirements.
