In the pharmaceutical industry, humidity control is directly related to the quality and safety of drugs and the regulation compliance of the production environment. Once the humidity is out of balance, it may cause changes in the physical and chemical properties of the raw materials and affect their stability. It may also cause the finished drugs to soften, agglomerate, or even mold, seriously affecting the appearance and efficacy of the drugs. Especially in high cleanliness level production scenarios such as sterile injections and freeze-dried preparations, excessive humidity may also increase the risk of particulate and microbial contamination, affect the efficiency of the air purification system, and weaken the cleanliness control and sterility assurance capabilities.

  In response to the high-standard dehumidification needs of the pharmaceutical environment, Airkey has launched a rotary dehumidification system designed specifically for clean spaces, making it an ideal choice for creating a low-humidity and stable environment. The core component of the system adopts a high-performance dehumidification wheel with excellent moisture absorption capacity and durability. The dehumidification capacity of the equipment covers 50kg/h-600kg/h, and can be flexibly selected and customized according to different cleanroom areas and process requirements. During operation, the equipment absorbs humid air into the system, moisture of which is quickly absorbed, and then the processed dry air is returned to the workshop, effectively creating a stable, clean and low-humidity environment. When the wheel reaches the adsorption saturation state, the system automatically switches to regeneration mode and restores its moisture absorption performance through hot air at a specific temperature, achieving continuous operation and continuous guarantee of dehumidification efficiency.

In actual applications, the system can be deeply integrated with Airkey modular clean room solutions to achieve coordinated control of temperature, humidity and cleanliness. Our equipment can accurately control the relative humidity in the ideal range of 20% - 30%, which fully complies with the strict requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for pharmaceutical production. It is widely used in the production of humidity-sensitive solid preparations, raw materials, sterile injections, freeze-dried products and other production links. The system can accurately maintain a low-humidity environment in the clean space. The humidity in some customers' workshops is stably controlled below the dew point of -20°C, effectively extending the stability period of drugs. The low humidity environment not only reduces the risks of moisture absorption and agglomeration of raw materials, but also significantly inhibits the growth rate of microorganisms. It plays a key role in controlling microbial contamination in cleanrooms and reduces the possibility of microbial growth, helping customers to stably meet the regulatory requirements of GMP cleanrooms. 

  In addition to its efficient dehumidification capabilities, the equipment also performs well in terms of energy consumption control and operational stability. The optimized design ensures humidity stability during long-term continuous operation while reducing maintenance costs. The equipped intelligent control system can monitor changes in workshop humidity in real time and automatically adjust operating parameters to ensure that the production environment is always in an ideal state.
