After-sale Service

Quick response and efficient action for after-sale services are the critical extension of Airkey projects, products and services. As an established cleanroom builder, pre-planning and post-handling are as important to Airkey.

AIRKEY After-sale Policy

1. Airkey provides 18-month warranty period for all the products starting from delivery date, except for man-made damages. Among that, we provide 3-year warranty period for FFUs;

2. During warranty period, if there is any quality issues, we provide free repair or replacement;

3. If necessary, Airkey can send experienced engineer to the construction site for repair and maintenance;

4. Photos and videos of damaged products from site are very helpful for us to find the cause and solve the problem sooner.
