Airkey recently completed an ISO 6 modular cleanroom project for an electronic device manufacturer in Singapore. The cleanroom was designed to support the production and assembly of advanced access control systems, including facial recognition terminals and intelligent building management devices.
The project required a controlled environment to minimize particle contamination, maintain stable temperature and humidity conditions, and protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge. To meet these requirements, Airkey provided a 24㎡ modular cleanroom with a clean height of 2.7 meters and ISO Class 6 cleanliness performance.

To meet the customer's production requirements, Airkey supplied a Light Series modular cleanroom featuring a fully prefabricated structure and rapid installation design.
The cleanroom utilizes a self-supporting aluminum alloy frame combined with transparent acrylic wall panels. This design provides excellent visibility throughout the production area while maintaining structural stability without additional suspension systems.
The modular construction allows all components to be pre-assembled and tested before shipment, significantly reducing installation time on site.
