Project: Dental Implant Modular Cleanroom
Area: 12㎡
Inner height:2.4m
Class: ISO 8(Class 100,000)
Industry: Dental Implant Packing
Location: Italy
Project Background
Dental implants are high-risk medical devices implanted in the human body, and they require extremely high cleanliness of the packaging environment. ISO Class 8 clean rooms can effectively control particles and microorganisms in the air, ensuring the sterility and safety of the packaging process, which is a key guarantee before dental medical products enter the market.
Characteristic:
1.The clean passage for personnel and materials reduces pollution sources:
The clean room is equipped with air showers and pass box to achieve efficient and clean entry and exit of personnel and materials. Effectively remove surface dust and prevent external contaminants from entering the clean area.

2.No Exposed Wiring, Optional Utility Ports:
All socket wiring is integrated within the internal frame structure to prevent dust accumulation. The modular framework allows for optional integration of vacuum, compressed air, and network ports, enabling future expansion and seamless equipment connectivity.

3.Self-Supporting Modular Frame:
The cleanroom is built on an independent load-bearing structure that eliminates the need for ceiling suspension or reliance on existing facilities. This ensures a safe, clean, and clutter-free installation environment with rapid deployment and immediate usability.

4.Pre-assembly and testing at the factory to ensure efficient assembly on site:
All equipment will be pre-assembled and labeled before leaving the factory. After installation, multiple tests will be conducted, including cleanliness, illumination, airflow velocity, and all test results will pass at one time. Only simple assembly on site then can be put into use, successfully accepted, and delivered to customer for use!
