1. Coved columns for easy cleaning:
The modular cleanroom adopts rounded corner columns at junctions, ensuring easy cleaning and effectively eliminating dust accumulation. The curved transition also provides impact resistance, preventing collisions and maintaining a safe working environment. The skirting is designed with a 2mm allowance for floor upturning, enabling seamless and smooth installation.
2.EC FFU for high airflow and class:
Customer requested high ACH and air volume to ensure the clean environment. AIRKEY adopts 6 units customized FFU with EC fan to achieve requested air velocity and clean class.
3.Smart control panel for easy operation:
Operating the cleanroom through the touch-screen control panel, easy and convenient to control the lighting and FFU. Infinite speed regulation enable to adjust the FFU air velocity smartly according to the cleanroom working demand.
4.Excellent performance, up to standard
All equipment will be prefabricated and labeled before shipment. After installation, our factory will do all tests for the cleanroom, including cleanliness, lux, and air velocity and share the test report with customers.
