1.Large size and span of Laminar Air Flow:
Airkey has a mature framework connection techniques, and all profiles are independently developed and patented by our company, allowing for easy implementation of large-span LAF and modular products without extra suspension.
2.Special configuration for front and rear areas:
The front of LAF is an automatic loading area, and the rear is an automatic finished product collection area. This requires the front opening dimensions to perfectly match the production equipment, and the rear to facilitate easy access for automatic collection. Airkey customizes the LAF exactly as required.
3.ESD PVC soft curtain on all sides
LAF is isolated with PVC soft curtains on all sides to
prevent contaminants from entering the hood. The airflow speed can be adjusted, leading a stable, uniform airflow enters the work area to create a positive pressure environment, expelling contaminants and preventing pollutio.
4.Excellent performance, up to standard:
LAF is equipped with PAO test ports. Before delivery, it’s tested with an aerosol generator and photometer to ensure a leakage rate of less than 0.01%. Additionally, parameters such as airflow speed, illuminance, and cleanliness are tested, all passing in a single test and successfully accepted by the client!
