This cleanroom project uses a self-supporting aluminum alloy frame paired with rock wool sandwich panels for durability. The aluminum frame offers high strength and corrosion resistance, rock wool sandwich panels provide thermal and acoustic insulation. Factory - prefabricated and pre - assembled components enable 4 days rapid modular installation, ensuring both speed and structural integrity.
2.ISO 7 with Accurate Temp/RH Control:
To meet the strict environmental demands of automotive parts production, the cleanroom is designed to ISO 7 standards and equipped with a specialized HVAC system. With temperature controlled at 20–26°C and humidity at 45–65%, it prevents quality issues caused by environmental factors, ensuring that every automobile part can be precisely assembled under the best environmental conditons.
3.PVC Fast Rolling Door for Efficient Access:
To enhance the logistics efficiency of personnel and materials, PVC high-speed rolling doors are installed at the entrances and exits of the cleanroom. This doors open flexibly and close rapidly, effectively reducing the air exchange between the indoor and outdoor areas and minimizing the risk of cross-contamination. It's especially suitable for places with frequent goods in and out during automotive parts production.
4.Observation Windows & Custom Outlets:
Tempered glass observation windows are installed on the cleanroom's exterior wall, enabling staff to monitor equipment operation and production without entering, reduce pollution risks. Custom electrical outlets fully meet the client's equipment power needs in terms of both standards and quantity.
5.Integrated Gowning Room for Controlled Entry:
