Project: Laser Machinery Manufacturing modular cleanroom
Area: 40㎡
Inner height: 2.65 m
Cleanliness: ISO 6(Class 1,000)
Industry: Laser Machinery Manufacturing industry
Location: Mexico
1.Client Profile:
FORZA Laser, a leading Latin company in the laser machinery manufacturing industry, assembling the best laser machines with the best after-sales support in the world, made in Mexico. It provides High-performance industrial machinery for Laser Cutting, Folded, Laser Welding & Automation.

2.Cleanroom Tailored for Laser Machinery Manufacturing :
The production of industrial laser equipment must be carried out in a clean room, especially for the assembly and sealing of optical components, which are crucial to the output power, beam quality, service life, and production yield of the laser. The core processes of precision assembly, optical system debugging, and sealing must be conducted in a clean room.
Assembly and debugging of optical components: If micron-sized dust falls on the surface of a lens and is irradiated by high-power laser, it will instantly absorb energy, leading to local high temperature, cracking, or even burning down the entire optical path.
Pre-sealing process for laser cavity/fiber: Water vapor can cause "photo-induced contamination" or coating oxidation of optical components under high power; dust will circulate and adhere in a sealed space, leading to power attenuation or even "sudden death" of the laser.
Semiconductor chip mounting and wire bonding: Even particles of submicron size can lead to an increase in chip mounting void rate, faulty wire bonding, or even direct chip short-circuit failure.
3.Project Features:
1.Dedicated HVAC & Monitoring System
A ceiling-mounted air conditioning unit is employed to regulate temperature within the cleanroom. Pre-engineered mounting openings are reserved in the factory, working in conjunction with return air wall panels to achieve effective energy savings. An in-situ particle monitor is installed in the working area to continuously track cleanroom performance and ensure compliance with cleanliness requirements.

2.Castle Series – GMP Compliant
The cleanroom adopts rock wool sandwich panels as the enclosure structure, featuring a smooth, joint-free surface that complies with GMP standards. Double-layer tempered glass walls enhance visibility into the working area.

3.Integrated Air Shower and Pass-Through Box
The built-in air shower and pass-through box effectively remove airborne particles from the surfaces of personnel and materials, preventing contaminants from entering the clean zone. Both units also serve an airlock interlock function to maintain the integrity of the cleanroom.

4.Customized Access Control System
The precision assembly area for lasers requires strict control over personnel entry and exit. A customized access control system serves as an intelligent management tool, enforcing cleanroom behavioral protocols through technical means to prevent human-induced contamination of the clean environment.

5.Excellent performance, up to standard:
Following professional design, factory prefabrication, and on-site assembly, all performance parameters were verified through on-site testing and found to comply with ISO 14644 cleanroom standards. The project was successfully validated and delivered to the client.
