Australian ISO7 Medical Device Modular Cleanroom
1.Mezzanine Height Limit and Precise Duct Planning
The cleanroom is installed on a second-foor mezzanine with a total height of 3.1 m, while the client required the cleanroom and ductwork to fit within 2.9 m.To fit in the wooden structure with no-drill nor holes, we precisely measured beam spacing, optimized duct routing, and positioned the AHU to accommodate the uneven ceiling, ensuring stable system performance.

2.Return Air Wall & Full-Height Glass
The client requested a full front wall of double-glass panels to allow clear internal visibility and monitoring. With beams present on site, we customized the return air wall by locally adjusting its height, avoiding structura! obstacles while maintaining stable airflow organization, ensuring seamless integration of function and structure.

3.Temperature & Humidity Control with Dual Screens
The cleanroom meets the temperature and humidity requirements for medical device cleaning and packaging.T he entry control panel manages FFUs and lighting, with each FFU adjustable individually. Inside the main lSO 7 cleanroom, a 10-inch touchscreen centrally controls FFUs and lights, displays temperature, humidity, and pressure differential, and links to the AHU for operation.
4.BFU Design for Easy Internal Maintenance
The project uses BFUs, allowing fiters to be replaced from inside the cleanroom, improving maintenance
efficiency while maintaining lSO 7 cleanliness.
5.System Delivery and Performance Compliance
The cleanroom was pre-assembled at the factory and. once installed on site,is ready for medical device cleaning and packaging. Fully meets lSO 7 standards.
