2. Cleanroom Tailored for Film Capacitor
Film capacitor production, especially for high-end new energy applications, has strict environmental requirements for these key reasons:
Metallized film evaporation/slitting: Highly sensitive to micro-dust. Dust in the dielectric layer can cause high-voltage breakdown,short circuits,and surface defects,directly reducing insulatioand voltage resistance.
Core winding: High-speed winding generates strong static electricity, which attracts dust and may directly break down ultra-thin dielectrie films, latent fail ures.
Metal spraying /welding: Zinc/tin fimes are prduced during spraying. If not discharged promptly, they contaminate cores and adhere to surfaces, causing poor end contact and excessive power loss.
Assembly /impregnation: Constant temperature and humidity are essential. Excessive humidity causes iepoxy/potting adhesive to absorb moisture, leading to poor curing, bubbles, and reduced air tightness.
Aging/testing:A stable and dust-free environment is required to prevent dust contamination from causing poor test contact and electrical performance drift iwhich would afect the accuracy of product sereening.
3. Project Features
Airkey's frames and keels adopt patented profiles, enabling easy future expansion and upgrading. Fire-resistant glass walls deliver the required stnctural strength, safety, and visibility for cleanroom.
Integrated air shower and pass-through effectively remove surface dust from personnel and matenals, to prevent dust sources from being brought into the clean area. They also act as an air pressure interlock to maintain the clean zone's integrity.
The cleanroom is equipped with a high-airflow EC FFU with a duct collar, providing stable, efficient clean air to maintain indoor cleanliness.Connected to the central AC and fitted with temperature and humidity sensors, the clean room achieves controlled T/H through the central system.
Custom door openings align with the client's conveyor belt layout, balancing clean area isolation and material flow efficiency. Top openings accommodate fire sprinklers, ensuring fire protection.
After professional design,factory processing, and on-site assembly, on-site testing verified that all parameters meet IS0 14644 cleanroom specifications. The prject was successfully accepted and delivered to the client.
