As per production demands, multiple small rooms and a clean corridor are designed. The customer also requires to go around the columns, we customize cleanroom in irregular floor plan. 

2.Custom HVAC system

In response to local hot weather and to meet the control requirements and guarantee fast and simple installation, we carefully select the air conditioning units and fabricate insulated cloth air ducts, making installation easy for customer and realizing required temperature and humidity.

3.Prefabrication in Airkey factor

Components like frames, wall panels, ceilings are all prefabricated and assembled before shipment. Customer's workers finish installation within one week for this 200m2 cleanroom, saving labor costs and starting operation earlier.

4.Good performance, passing GMP validation

Conduct trial test and send all necessary documents, such as 4Q documentation, test reports, etc. Client pass local GMP validation.

5.Excellent performance, up to standard:

All equipment will be prefabricated and labeled before shipment. After installation, our factory will do all tests for the cleanroom, including cleanliness, lux, and air velocity and share the test report with customers.
