Project Overview
Equipment area and space: The clean room occupies 20.7㎡ of space, with an internal clearance height of 3.0m, which reserves sufficient space for the placement and operation of electronic equipment to ensure that personnel operations and equipment operation are not restricted by space.
Cleanliness and environmental control: ISO 7 (10,000) standard, which can effectively isolate external dust and other pollutants, and provide a pure environment for the production of electronic products. The designed temperature and humidity range is 18 - 25℃/50±10%. Accurate temperature and humidity control is crucial to the stability of electronic components and the smooth progress of the production process.

1. Ultra-high self-supporting free-standing structure, convenient and efficient installation
The clean room is 4.08m high and no need extra suspension, free standing structure. This innovative design abandons the traditional hoisting method and avoids the vibration, damage and other interference that may be caused to the civil structure by the hoisting operation. During the installation process, the construction team only needs to follow the pre-designed modular assembly process to quickly build. Compared with traditional clean rooms that rely on large hoisting equipment and have a long installation time, the installation time of modular cleanroom was greatly saving 45%,reducing 20% construction costs. ​
2. Double-layer ceiling combined with air-return wall to create a precise temperature and humidity control system
The double-layer ceiling design works in conjunction with the existing HVAC system. The upper ceiling mainly plays a role of heat insulation and buffering, reduce the impact of the external ambient temperature on the clean room; the lower ceiling is closely coordinated with the air conditioning outlet to make the cold or hot air more evenly distributed in the room. In conjunction with the air-return wall, a scientific and efficient air circulation path is formed. The air-return wall can collect the air that does not meet the indoor temperature and humidity standards in time, send it back to the air conditioning system for processing, and then send it back into the room. According to actual tests, through this design, the temperature and humidity fluctuation range in the clean room is extremely small, and it is always stable within the design range, ensuring the strict requirements of the electronic product production process on the ambient temperature and humidity, while saving about 10% energy.
3. Removable walls is convenient movement and cost control
Customers need large equipment to enter and exit the clean room in the future, they require a large opening. We carefully designed a removable wall solution. The wall uses special sealing materials and connection technology to ensure the airtightness of the clean room and prevent external pollutants from entering. When large equipment needs to be moved, professional technicians can complete the disassembly of the wall in a short time. After the equipment is in and out, the wall can be quickly reassembled and debugged to an airtight state. This flexible solution not only meets the customer's requirements for convenience.
4. Simple design
The clean room uses rock wool sandwich panel color steel plate as the wall structure material. Rock wool color steel plate has excellent fireproof and heat preservation performance. Its surface is smooth and seamless, which fundamentally eliminates the hiding places of pollutants such as dust and microorganisms, and fully complies with GMP standards. At the same time, the application of double-layer tempered glass walls greatly enhances visibility, making it convenient for operators to observe the operation and production of indoor equipment in real time. The design of the entire clean room, from layout planning to detailed decoration, is customized according to the customer's production process, etc.
5. Successfully passed the rigorous acceptance test
The modular cleanroom of this project follows a strict production process. First, fine production is completed in the factory. After each module passes the quality inspection, it is transported to the site for assembly. After the assembly is completed, professionals inspect the goods and conduct acceptance tests on various key parameters of the cleanroom. In the cleanliness test, a professional particle counter test was used to confirm that the cleanliness is stable and meets the ISO 7 (10,000) standard; the illumination test uses a high-precision illuminance meter to measure multiple points in various areas of the room. The results show that the illumination is uniform and meets the standards of the electronics production industry. The cleanroom successfully passed the acceptance and won the trust of customers.
