Characteristic:

1.Anti-static acrylic wall panels

Cleanroom walls are requested to be anti-static to reduce the effects of static electricity on the production process. Therefore, anti-static acrylic panels are applied, with resistance of 106-109Ω.

2.Change room and buffer room separated：

Change room for personnel and buffer room for materials are separated to reduce cross contamination. Both rooms have interlocked doors     to ensure only one door can open at the same time, maintaining stable cleanroom pressure.

3.Good-looking, lightweight, easy to install

Modular cleanroom is made of aluminum alloy frame and transparent acrylic wall panels, bright and light, easy to install with beautiful appearance. 

4.Custom made cleanroom:

Modular cleanroom is customized as per customer demands. Power outlets are installed on ceiling panels as requested for easier power supply to equipment.

All parameters (class, static electricity level, etc.) have passed the tests, well accepted by customers
