Characteristic:

1. USP797&800 compliant: 

Cleanroom is designed and manufactured as per USP 797&800, with change room and anteroom and keeping pressure gradient between areas of different ISO classification to avoid cross contamination.

2.Specially designed control panel for partition control:

The cleanroom is divided into four rooms. The lights and FFU in each room can be controlled independently to save energy. Each room is equipped with a separate differential pressure gauge to observe the room conditions at any time.

3.Equipped with three-door interlocking system:

According to the customer requirements, the two workrooms are equipped with electric sliding doors. A three-door interlocking system is set between the sliding door and the single door of the anteroom for maintaining balanced pressure.

4.Customized design, optional sockets:
Modular cleanroom is customized as per customer demands. Power outlets are installed at different heights of sandwich panels as requested for easier power supply to production equipment.

5.Excellent performance, up to standard:

All parameters have passed the tests, successfully delivered and well accepted bu customer.
