Characteristic:

1.High Continuous Windows:

High tempered glass windows are requested, ensuring a clear and bright working environment and convenient for visiting and showing, flush and seamless mounting with the wall panels.

2.Cargo air shower with roll-up door:

Transfer of materials needs to be clean and quick. Cargo air shower with fast roll-up door is installed,     which opens automatically through infrared induction, and then provide high-velocity airflow to remove particles attached to the materials. The fast roll-up door can open at rate of 1.5m/s.

3.Cleanroom with big span, no suspension

The cleanroom width exceeds 8m. However, it’s not feasible for customer to make suspended ceiling at site. Airkey adopts truss structures on the ceiling to ensure the cleanroom stability.

4.Excellent performance, up to standard:

Modular cleanroom is prefabricated and tested in Airkey factory before shipment. All parameters (clean class, temperature, illuminance, etc.) have passed the tests, well accepted by customers.
