1.Vertical uni-directional air flow for ISO 5 space：

Airflow passes through HEPA filter and then uniform film to generate uni-directional clean air in the work area.

The ultra-clean bench is compact in structure, with HEPA inside to purify the airflow and PAO test ports for integrity tests and ensuing quality.
