Characteristic:

1. Prefabricated modular structures: 

The cleanroom is made of prefabricated modular structures, including modular panels, windows, ceiling grids and frames, quickly creating a ISO 7 dust-free and sterile workspace for medical catheters, easy for assembly, no need extra processing, no construction wastes.

2.Modular HVAC system: 

The cleanroom comes with modular HVAC system which includes modular air duct system, copper pipe system, easy and quick for installation, realizes precise control of temperature & humidity, create a comfortable, medical-device-friendly environment.

3.Custom-made air shower and pass box:

The air shower has three interlocked doors for dust removal from personnel. Cargo air shower is made based on material size to keep materials clean when entering into cleanroom. Pass boxes are customized according to product dimensions, reducing foot traffic.

4.Excellent performance, up to standard:
 Cleanroom is prefabricated, assembled and     tested in Airkey factory before delivery, well accepted by third-party assigned by customer.
