High-strength Airkey patented profile as framework, minimizing interference with the installation environment, reduces construction complexity, and accelerates on-site assembly speed.
2.Air Shower and Compliant Clean Processes
Equipped with air shower, effectively removing dust particles from the human body surface and preventing introduction of contaminants into the clean area. It also functions as an interlock between clean and non-clean zones, maintaining stable pressure.
3.Intelligent Real-Time Cleanliness Monitoring
Convenient operation of FFU and lighting systems by control panel. Pressure gauges monitor cleanroom’s pressure, ensuring continuous positive pressure and maintaining internal cleanliness.
4.Excellent Performance, Up to Standards
All cleanroom components are prefabricated at factory and undergo testing, including cleanliness, anti-static, etc. before shipment. This ensures all parameters meet standards and fully comply with international regulations such as ISO 14644.
