1. Light Series,Bright and Stylish Design:
Constructed with aluminum alloy frames and transparent acrylic panels, offering high clarity, brightness, and excellent visibility. Lightweight and easy to install, highly popular with customers.
2.ISO 5/ISO 7 Cleanroom Zoning Design:
The cleanroom is divided into ISO 5 and ISO 7 rooms, separated by an air shower and changing room, perfectly achieving two cleanliness levels within one cleanroom to meet the customer's production needs.
3.Customized Three-Door Interlocking Air Shower:
The air shower connects ISO 5, ISO 7, and the changing room, equipped with a three-door interlocking system. During operation, all three doors are closed, and only one door can be opened at a time, effectively preventing cross-contamination.
4.Custom Socket Installed for Equipment Power:
Our cleanroom design is template-free and fully customizable. Sockets can be installed according to the standards of different countries, offering flexible solutions for equipment power supply.
5.Tailored Control Panel for Partition Control:
Each room’s lighting and FFU can be independently controlled. A separate pressure gauge is provided for each room, allowing customer to monitor room conditions at any time.
