1. Modular Design of the Cabinet: 

Due to limited installation space and a single-door entrance at the client's site, the entire cabinet was designed as hundreds of Independent modules, ensuring that each component can be easily transported and assembled on-site.

2.Real-Time Monitoring of Parameters: 

The safety cabinet features multiple real-time monitoring devices, such as temperature and humidity sensors, air velocity transmitters, particle counter, and pressure gauges, which provide continuous monitoring of the cabinet, with data transmitted to the client's control system.

 

3.Intelligent HMI interface:

The cabinet has HMI interface with control and display functions, which will also issue alarms in case of failure. Data is transmitted in real-time to the client's control system for easy management.

4.Customized Work Surface:
 Tailored to the client's equipment installation requirements, using 10mm SS 304 with numerous precision-shaped holes. All holes are chamfered, deburred, and easy to clean.

 

5.Excellent performance, up to standard:

All parameters (clean class, temperature, etc.) have passed the tests, well accepted.
