Numerous openings on the cleanroom walls required for conveyor belts, making it more difficult to achieve ultra-low humidity.                 

2.Heavy air-conditioning units placed on top of module cleanroom:

The heavy-weight aircon units need to be put on top of cleanroom since there is no extra place at site, a big challenge for cleanroom structure.

3.Modular clean room self-contained:

The modular clean room is free-standing as buyer's steel warehouse is too high to allow for suspension.

4.Modular cleanroom operates in a harsh and challenging environment.

Buyer’s steel structure plant is extremely hot and humid in summer, posing a  great challenge to the design and operation of the HVAC system.
