For this project, Airkey designed and manufactured a complete modular cleanroom system based on the customer's laboratory layout and transportation constraints.
The project adopted Airkey's Light Series modular cleanroom, combining lightweight aluminum framing with anti-static transparent acrylic wall panels. The transparent enclosure improves operational visibility while maintaining excellent airtightness and cleanroom integrity.
Integrated air showers and pass-through chambers were installed to prevent personnel and material contamination before entering the clean area, ensuring stable pressure differentials and minimizing external particle intrusion.
Since the laboratory building had limited access passages, every structural frame and cleanroom panel was custom-manufactured according to precise dimensions. All components were prefabricated in Airkey's factory before shipment, allowing rapid on-site installation with minimal construction work.
